The Challenge
Launching a new manufacturing facility requires far more than completing construction and installing equipment. Before production can begin, organizations must successfully commission systems, qualify equipment and processes, validate operational readiness, and coordinate dozens of interconnected workstreams across the business.
For this greenfield facility, success depended on aligning construction, engineering, operations, quality, sanitation, safety, training, and product innovation teams around a common startup strategy. With hundreds of dependencies, evolving priorities, and aggressive timelines, the organization required centralized program leadership to ensure readiness for factory startup.
The Frame & Flight Approach
Frame & Flight serves as the program management partner responsible for coordinating Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities across the facility startup program.
Our role is to create visibility, alignment, governance, and accountability across the teams responsible for bringing the facility online.
