Challenge
The organization was pursuing digital and AI initiatives but lacked a unified and consolidated view of key digital capabilities across its factories. Critical information related to digital capability and factory enablement was scattered across multiple data sources.
There was no single place to view:

Frame and Flight designed and built a Factory Intelligence Platform that consolidates factory information into a single view. The platform exposes the current state of each factory and enables data-driven decision making.
