Engagement Lifecycle

Our client lifecycle focuses on identifying the problems, deep analysis across a client’s system, taking action, and supporting.

1. Identify Needs

Clearly identify the problems, needs, goals and agree on outcomes.

2. Scope and Proposal

Develop a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs; present it to the client for review and feedback; negotiate terms and finalize the contract.

3. Planning

Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables; develop a detailed timeline; assign roles and responsibilities; and establish communication protocols and reporting schedules.

4.Strategy Development

Brainstorm potential solutions and strategies with the team; evaluate and prioritize them based on feasibility, impact, and client goals; develop detailed action plans and implementation roadmaps; and prepare a presentation of findings and recommendations for the client.

5. Implement

Provide hands-on support and guidance during implementation; conduct training sessions and workshops for client staff; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary; and facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.

6. Socialize

Support socialization of insights and materials with executive stakeholders, stakeholders, and across the business.

7. Support

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success; monitor progress against KPIs and milestones; conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews with the client; and provide ongoing support and make adjustments as needed.
